He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy (Bell) of Ohio; his daughter Angie; his parents, Donald F. Harker and Myrtle J. Harker (Becker); and his siblings, Donald Harker, Mary Jane Harker and JoAnn Reyer (Harker).
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Harker Jr. (Karen Harker), Theodore Harker (Andrea Harker), Joseph Harker (Rebecca Weinland) and Craig Weinland (Karen Turner); his brother-in-law William Voge; his friends, Tammy Yohey, Chris Gebhart and Donna Shumate; and his close friend Cliff "Tack" Hammer. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren.
