Thomas J. Lewkowski Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas J. Lewkowski (Dayton, Ohio), who passed away on October 2, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his children, William Lewkowski (Paula), Scott Lewkowski (Patty), Gregory Lewkowski (Carol), Christine Toorenaar (Alan) and Alisa Watson (Steven); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Abigail, Megan Lewkowski, Jessica Kral (Kyle), Sarah Lewkowski (Ryan Vogelaar), Alexis Lewkowski, Emily Savage (Jesse), Laura Lewkowski (Aaron Wilson), Jason Toorenaar (Michaela), Kimberly, Joshua Toorenaar and Xavier Watson; his great grandchildren, Caden, Madeline, Evelyn Kral and Jack Savage; his siblings, Robert Lewkowski and Kathleen Smant (Lewkowski); and his sister-in-law Janina Lewkowski (late David). He is also survived by his wife's siblings, their spouses and families, and numerous friends.
