He was predeceased by : his mother Charlotte Sand (Blair). He is survived by : his father Thomas James; his sisters, Jennifer Tighe (Jim) and Ellen Miller (Adam); his nieces and nephews, Charlie, Andrew, Ellie, Maggie Tighe, Lauren, Sam and Molly Miller; and his significant other Anne Kearney. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
