He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Kettlehake, Sr. and Judy Crist; and his sisters, Roxanna Palmer, Heidi Proffitt and Krissy Kettlehake.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Kettlehake; his son Thomas E. Kettlehake III; his daughter-in-law Kayla Kettlehake; his grandchildren, Grant, Kennedy and McKinley; his daughter Melinda Chandler; his son-in-law Billy Chandler; his pet Maddy; his sisters, Mary Burks and Amy Butler; his brothers-in-law, Duane Burks and Mike Butler; his brothers, Kevin Crist and Mike Kettlehake; and his sister-in-law Kelley Kettlehake.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cornerstone Baptist Temple (1707 Ohmer St, Dayton, OH 45410). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Dayton National Cemetery West Third (4400 W Third St, Dayton, OH 45428).
