He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Agnes. He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his daughters, Carly Folk (Michael) and Ali Sabert (Nick); and his grandchildren, Palmer, Thomson and Scottie.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Tom's memory supporting Uveal Melanoma research at Jefferson Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center.
