He is survived by: his sisters, Jean Miller (Jack) and Beverly Hills; his nieces and nephews, Raymond Carpenter (April), Reck Carpenter (Krista), Randy Miller (Sandi), Russell Miller, Madonna Waymire (Mike), Kristina Eiting and Jennifer Blair (Jeff); his sister Viola Ingles; and his niece Angelieck Green.
