He is survived by: his sister Sharon Hertenstein; his nephew Mark Hertenstein; his nieces, Traci Gabbard (Jason) and Carla Shepard (Bryan); and his great-nieces, Charlotte Gabbard, Lydia Gabbard, Cassidy Shepard and Riley Shepard. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
