He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Binion and Bessie Binion; his parents-in-law, Robert and Katherine Bell; and his sisters-in-law, Kristy Binion and Corinne Rihm.

He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Katie (Joshua) and Virgil Adam (Jenna); his grandchildren, Adelaide Birch and Virgil Miles; his siblings, Elmer and Donna (Tim); and his siblings-in-law, Chris (Randy), Jani (David), Roberta (Jeff) and Steve (Sandy). He is also survived by many other relatives, friends, and co-workers.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: VA Hospice Fund (VA Medical Center, 4100 West Third St. Dayton, OH 45428-9907).
