She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Arnett and Alma Arnett (Salyer). She is survived by: her husband Sid Manley; her children, Leisha Carty and Marty Lee Carty; her siblings, Joe Arnett and Mary Lou Bandy; and her nephews, Mike and Tim Bandy.
