He was predeceased by: his mother Marcia Hardesty Trakas; and his brother Craig Smith. He is survived by: his son Adam Smith (Holly); his grandson Wyatt Smith; his siblings, Howard Smith (Lori) and Debbie Lowry; and his aunt Carolyn Hardesty.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tobias Funeral Home – Beavercreek Chapel (3970 Dayton Xenia Rd, Dayton, OH 45432). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
