He was predeceased by: his parents, John Copley and Laura Copley; his daughter Terry C. George; and his sisters, Mary Baker and Sue Hall.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry George Sivo (Michael) and Carrie Jo Schepers; his grandchildren, Michelle Hunter Wagner (Steve), Jacob Sivo and Alana Sivo; his siblings, Tim Copley (Jennie), John Copley, Joann Smith (Joby), Alice Adams, Anna Kokoski and Una Goldie (Hugh); and his nephews, Jim Sheppard and Jobyson Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
