He is survived by: his wife Donna; his siblings, Sharon (Dennis) and Fred (Sue); his children, Greg (Michelle), Christine Lawrence (Todd), Douglas and Leslie Woolley (Jason); his stepsons, Rick and Nathan; his grandchildren, Tyler, Kate, Logan, Olivia, Doug and Zack; and his stepgrandchildren, Roxxy, Rikki, Jacob and Levi.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Tobias Funeral Home (3970 Dayton Xenia Rd, Dayton, OH 45432).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that an act of kindness be made in Bill's honor.
