Bailey; his children, Retired Colonel Thomas Bailey (Laura), Vicki Gray (James), William Bailey (Rolinda), Chris Bailey (Beth), Susan McKinney (Marc) and Kimberly Schwegmann (John); his sister Betty Lou Newton (Les); his in-laws, Gail Bailey, Chuck Parker and Glyn Smith; and his grandchildren, Mitch Bailey, James William Christopher Gray (Emily), Becca Steere (Charlie), Jessica Dufford (James), Ashlee Shields (Brian), Jonathan Hopkins (Corey), Joshua Blackburn (Chelsea), Keri King (Ryan), Jacob Bailey, Jordan Bailey, Austin Bailey, Marc Nathan McKinney (Cassandra), Jonathan McKinney, Emily Wolf (Evan), Gianina Schwegmann, Hannah Dregely (Jeremiah) and Victoria Schwegmann.
