He is survived by: his wife Pat Buckholt (Tokar); his sister Mary Lynn Reed (Buckholt); his son Aric Buckholt; his granddaughters, Amanda Meriney (Buckholt) and Kristen Buckholt; and his great grandchild Miles Meriney.
