My memory of Mr Carter was when he saved the day for our open house for The Linda Vista program in 2005 and we had a bad water problem with all the guest to arrive in a matter of hours Mr Carter stepped in and made the repair and saved us from major embarrassment. I am thankful to had made his acquaintance. I seen him 20 years later a few months ago. May he rest in peace with our Heavenly Father.”
