He is survived by: his children, William Cokeley Jr., Carl Cokeley (Katie Cokeley) and Melissa Riggs (Jerry Riggs); his adoptive son Terry (Maddie); his stepdaughter Beverly Eblin; his sisters, Nancy, Peggy and Sandy; his grandchildren, Trent, Mercedes, Brittaney, Christy, Gavin, Lily, Emily and Seda; his fiancée Debbie Brown; and his great grandchildren, Payton, Faith, Justin, Jaylani, Jaxon, Liam, Yasmin and Nelson Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, more family and friends.
