He was predeceased by: his father William S. Stover. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stover; his daughters, Heather Bush (Brad) and Holly VanHorn (Jason); and his grandchildren, Jaylin, Madeline, Allison, Elaine, Jentzen and Brittany.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Miami Shores Baptist Church in honor of Buddy's love for the Lord.
