He is survived by: his brother Bill; his daughters, Laura Trusty and Christine Shope; his grandchildren, Brooke Baker, Brittney Shope, Blake DeBord and Aubree Trusty; his great grandchildren, Christopher, Shayne, Lylah, Lane, Carson, Gray, Nora, Cole and Cecilia; and his siblings, Mitchell, Priscilla Elaine Hollon Blevins, Donald Layne and Ronald Wayne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
