He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kinser and Adda Kinser (Frick); his wife Norma; his son Michael; his grandson Paul; and his sisters, Sister Patricia Kinser and Pauline Beauregard.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Kelble (William), Dan (Sandy), Joe, Tom (Fran), John, Mary Girardot (Jay), Jim (Arleen) and Kathy Seifrit (Larry). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, and 34 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home (2100 E Stroop Rd, Dayton, OH 45429). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ascension Catholic Church (2025 Woodman Dr, Kettering, OH 45420).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bill's name to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420.
