She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Baker and Luvester Baker; and her siblings, I. C. Purdue and Freddie "Ed" Baker. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Moore (Lavone), Roderick Moore Sr. (Janice), Katina Thornton Jr. (Raleigh) and Bobby Moore; her grandchildren, Darion Lewis, Da'Vonn Stollings, D'Maughn Stollings-Moore, Da'Kwan Moore, Roderick D. Moore Jr. and Kiara Robinson; her siblings, Reverend Hubert Baker, Annie Baker and Jimmy Baker; her niece Angela Baker; and her close friend Katherine Tyson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family.
