She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletis Blair and Opal Blair; her brothers, Donald, Burnell, Denville and Charles Blair; and her son Jimmy Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Darrell J. Carter and Linda Carter; her grandchildren, Darrell "Jay" Carter Jr. (Kris), Denise Carter and Sarah Wyman; her great grandchildren, Zachary Carter, Aria Carter, Kai Miyashita and Fayelynn Wyman; her nephew Julius Blair; and her daughter-in-law Vickie Hesler. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
