He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Hicks and Evelyn Hicks (Upton); his wife Carol Ann Hicks (Becker); his sister Betty Lyons of Florida; his children, JoAnne Venard (Steve), Susan Tilley (Mark), Kenneth, Jr. Hicks (Jeanne) and Kevin Hicks (Tina); and his grandchildren, Matthew (Courtney), Michael (Emma), Elizabeth, Anthony (Amanda), Jessica, Tori (Alex), Taylor (Ben) and Tanner (Bobbie). He was also cherished by 9 great grandchildren.
