Michael J. Chaney Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael J. Chaney (Deer Park, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Michael may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Lou and James M. Chaney; his sibling Kim Peters (Jerry); his nephew Daniel Langdon; his close friend Robbie Ruwe; and his pets, Brooklyn and Peanut. He was also cherished by extended family and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fellowship Baptist Church (9431 Shelly Ln, Montgomery, OH 45242). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Louie's Legacy Animal Rescue or Cincinnati Animal Care of Northside-causes close to Michael's heart.
