He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edward and Mary Jane Blatz (Youngs); and his brother Christopher Blatz. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Blatz (Nee Helfrich); his child Thomas, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Blatz; his grandchildren, Audrey Blatz, Conner Blatz and Claire Blatz; and his siblings, Robert E. Blatz, Patricia "Patty" Blatz, David Blatz, Michael Blatz, Mary Blatz Wright, Madeline Clever (Dale), Marguerite Blatz and Julie Blatz (Elizabeth).
