He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas L. Burkhart and Edith Burkhart (Stouffer); and his son Thomas Burkhart, Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Pat; his daughters, Teresa Rossow (Steve), Lisa Stanley (Doug) and Winola "Winnie" Sprague (C. J.); his sisters, Willa Birckbichler (Bill) and Bonnie Gillman (Dennis); and his aunt Marlene Corson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
