She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Fields and Edna Fields; her former husband Martin Wardlow; her husband Lawrence Parks; and her son Martin Rhett.
She is survived by: her children, Kendra Gaitskill (Tom) of Williamsburg, Shannon Cristman (Bill) of Deerfield Township and Ryan Wardlow (Alicia) of Amelia, Ohio. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Megie Funeral Home - Mount Orab (104 Spice St, Mt Orab, OH 45154). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
