He was predeceased by: his father Ray (Toy); and his sister Sharon Forester Kent. He is survived by: his wife Karen Craker; his child Kelly Forester (Wendy); his brother Robert Forester (Sheila); his grandchildren, Dakotah Gumm (Andrew), Jessica Salzbrenner (Devin), Dyami Pike (Kayla), Delanie Kirkman (Keaghn) and Dalton Pike; and his great grandchildren, Austin, Abigail, Nickolai, Asher, Avalee, Dorian, Elijah Wayne and Kayson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, foster children, and bonus grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schaffer Funeral Home (529 Jefferson Ave, Defiance, OH 43512). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
