He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Shock and Bertha Shock (Rettig); his wife Jane Kaye Shock (Wellman); and his siblings, Ruth Shock, Ethel Panning, Lois Oberhaus, Mildred Shock, Howard Shock (Rita), Harold Shock and Carl Shock (Eileen).
He is survived by: his grandson Lucas Savchak.
