She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Shock and Ethel Shock (DeTray); her husband Paul C. Relyea; her son Jim Relyea; and her siblings, Bonnie Nagel and Bill Shock.
She is survived by: her son Joe Relyea (Carrie) of Defiance; her grandchildren, Jessica Relyea, Colton Relyea (Brenna) and Aubrey Relyea; and her great grandchildren, Henson, Adelyn and Beckett Relyea.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Christian Church of Arthur (14988 Co Rd 209, Defiance, OH 43512).
