He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Davenport and Mable Davenport (Lawson); and his siblings, Shirley Davenport, Roy "Sonny" Davenport, Della Louise Davenport, Gary Davenport and Rodger Davenport.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Hardy; his children, Trina Davenport of Acworth, GA, Bruce Davenport, Jr. of Brooks, KY, Kirk Davenport (Sheri) of Medina, OH and Annie Beauprez (Shane) of Defiance; and his sisters, Sherry Miller (Richard) of Defiance, Sandra Davenport of Bryan and Sharon Scheirer of Greenwood, SC.. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Defiance Family Christian Center (1834 E 2nd St, Defiance, OH 43512). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the CHP Hospice or Family Christian Center.
