He was predeceased by: his parents, James Evans and Alice Evans (Ladd); his wife Karen Humes; and his brother Dennis Evans. He is survived by: his children, Michelle "Micki" Evans of Toledo and Eric Evans (Christy) of Ocala, Florida; his stepchildren, Gina Watkins (Mark) of Chillicothe, Jennifer Passerini of Delaware and Chad Henry (Crystal) of Bryan, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Alex, Kayla, Christian, Cody, Rylie, Makenzie, Courtnee, Luke and Gabriella; and his brother-in-law Don Humes (Rita).
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (1417 S Clinton St, Defiance, OH 43512).
