He is survived by: his wife Carol Swoboda of Defiance; his sons, Jeff Swoboda of Mary Esther, FL, Bradley Swoboda (Stacey) of Stevensville, MD and Matthew Swoboda (Bryce) of Stevensville, MD; his stepchildren, Charlotte Simons of Findlay, OH, Bret Booher (Shayna) of Defiance and Kevin Booher of Lima, OH.; and his aunt JoAnn Schmidt. He is also survived by four grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren.
