He is survived by: his daughter Leslie Baynes (Tim); his grandson Evan Baynes (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Ezra; his stepson Justin Delph; and his sister Mary Margaret Weber (Marnie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to St. Mary Catholic Church or Hospice of Ohio.
