Darlene J. Voigt Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Darlene J. Voigt of Defiance, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 19, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Blake and Helen Blake (Tussing); her husband Paul W. Voigt; and her sister Roberta Holley. She is survived by: her daughters, Joan Bowers (Dennis) of Defiance, Jennifer Florence (Chuck) of Defiance, Mary Jane Miller (Greg) of Defiance and Rebecca Herring (David); her brother Thomas Blake (Cindy) of Hamilton, IN; her niece Hope Holley of Defiance; and her grandchildren, Paul Bowers (Michelle), Lisa Maxwell (Chris), Sallyann Miles (Craig), Emily Collins (Zac), Rebecca Flory (Tyler), Charlie Florence (Larissa), Matthew Nance (Sara), Julie Nance, Ryan Herring (Cassie), Kayla Temple, Ben Miller (Susan) and Blake Miller. She is also survived by her 19 great-grandchildren, as well as her several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (655 Wayne Ave, Defiance, OH 43512). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to CHP Hospice or Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church.
