He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon R. Collins and Mary Collins (Clark); and his wife D. Marirose Collins. He is survived by: his children, Ray Collins (Mary) of Robins, David Collins (Maria) of Centerville, Katie Replogle (Ward) of Defiance and Annie Ream (Reno) of Defiance, Ohio. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
