He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rose and Virginia Rose (Johnson); his wife Cathy Rose; his children, Zachary Rose and Mindy Rose; and his brother Wayne Rose.

He is survived by: his children, Kristy McCafferty (Brian) of Defiance, Jamie Armstrong (Paul) of South Carolina and Shane Rose (Brittany Parcher) of Wauseon, OH.; and his siblings, Michael Rose (Tonya) of Alabama, Joey Rose (Carol) of Michigan, Tammy Springborn (Allen) of Michigan, Roger Rose (Mariah) of Michigan and Iris Church (Dan) of Michigan. He is also survived by his family and many good friends.

Memorials are suggested to the American Red Cross.
