It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances I. Skiver of Defiance, Ohio, born in Melmore, Ohio, who passed away on September 20, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul E. Schafer and Anna May Schafer (Bice); her spouse Norva E; and her sister Louise Grimes. She is survived by: her children, Sandy McDonald (Steve) of Jacksonville, FL, Richard Skiver (Cindy) of Defiance and Terry Fry (Bob) of Toledo, Ohio; her grandchildren, Kim Molitor, Heather Warhurst, Krista Schroeder, Michael McDonald and Lana Gorrell; her sisters, Ruth Ann Morehouse and Helen Brown; and her niece Vickie Sweinhagen. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
