He was predeceased by: his sister Jodi; and his grandparents, Rex, Avis Bennett and Ruth Smith. He is survived by: his mothers, Diane Bennett (Krushel) and Linda Bennett of Sherwood; his stepbrothers, Ernie Collier (Janine) of Long Island and Brandon Collier (Stephanie) of Long Island; and his sibling's children, Ian Ambrose of Connecticut, James, Christopher, Emily, Ryan and Riley Collier of Long Island.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Defiance County Humane Society or a charity of the donor's choice.
