He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillard McCloud and Virginia McCloud (Prowant). He is survived by: his children, Austin McCloud, Kolton McCloud, Elizabeth McCloud and Miranda McCloud; his sister Jean Mansfield of West Virginia; and his pet Radar. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
