He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Engel and Hope Engel (Mollett); and his brother Denny Engel. He is survived by: his children, Tina Lucas, Debbie Kaiser, James Engel and Dan Engel; and his siblings, Darryl Engel and Donna Ripke. He is also survived by three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
