With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James R. Winnie of Defiance, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Winnie and Marcia Winnie (Noyes); his wife Irene Lantz; and his sons, Kent Robert Winnie and Paul Dennis Winnie.
He is survived by: his sons, George Winnie (Darla) of Defiance and Keith Winnie (Kay) of Defiance; and his daughter-in-law Pam Winnie of Russellville, Arkansas.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
The family requests memorials be made to Shriner's Hospitals for Children or Ney Church of God.
