He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harper and Berneta Harper (Eberle); his spouse Rufina Anne Lecklider; and his sister Patricia Osborne (Mac). He is survived by: his children, Jodie Harper, Kevin Harper, Eric Harper, Tammie Sharp (Richard) and Tonia Harper. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
