He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Lasanen (Brewer); and his grandparents, Edward, Mildred Brewer, Frank and Lillian Lasanen.

He is survived by: his father Dennis Lasanen of Defiance, OH; his sisters, Julie Schumm (Mark) of Van Wert, OH and Debbie Clark (Ryan) of Clyde, OH; his aunts, Verna Babula of Sterling Heights, MI and Victoria Craigie (Al) of Indiana, PA; and his siblings' children, Lauren Schumm, Lindsey Schumm, Justin Clark, Jacob Schumm, Andrew Clark and Jayden Clark.
