He was predeceased by: his father Jim Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Melody Hope Clemens; his children, Audree Brooke Schlachter (Logan) of Ottawa, OH and Joshua Clemens Thompson of Defiance, OH; and his granddaughter Daisy Marie Schlachter. He is also survived by three brothers, many brother-in-law's and sister-in-law's, wonderful aunts and uncles, loved cousins and many, many, blessed nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given in Jeremy's memory to Defiance Christian Church.
