She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Cummins and Hazel Cummins (Thomas); her husband Ted; her siblings, Jane Eis and Ben Cummins; and her brothers-in-law, Jerry Boyce, Brittain Gordon, Marvin Eis, Bill Meier and Rease Hunter.

She is survived by: her children, Todd Paxton (Gayla) of Oklahoma, Tracy Paxton of Texas, Amy Behringer (Dave) of Defiance and Teddy Paxton (Lisa) of Defiance; her grandchildren, Ashley Lemieux (Dace) of Oklahoma, Connor Behringer of Columbus, OH, Audree Winkle (Cody) of Texas, Alexa Behringer of Defiance, Garett Paxton of Defiance, Corbyn Paxton of Defiance and Gavin Paxton of Texas; her sisters, Georgene Cummins and Diana Hunter; her sisters-in-law, Kathy Cummins, Nita Boyce and Wanda Gordon; Kace and Asher Lemieux of Oklahoma.
