He is survived by: his sons, Dustin Mann (Jessica) of Cincinnati, OH, Duane Hoover (Sherri) of Defiance and Derek Hoover (Kerstan) of Stoutsville, OH; his sisters, Carol March (Gary) of Napoleon, OH, Lisa Hoover of Circleville, OH and Amy Dietzel (Tyrone) of South Bloomingville, OH; his uncle Jonas Hoover; and his nieces, Cindy Larson (John), Erin Kelly (Matt) and Mary Coakley (Richard). He is also survived by grandchildren and several great-nieces and nephews.
