He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Extine and Wilma Extine (Kohli). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Extine (Herman); his brother Jeff Extine (Deb); and his friends, Brice Miller (Lorraine), Mike Miles (Kelly), Casey, Travis, Elizabeth Ricker and Barry Minish (Gayle).
