He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Kinner and Dorothy Rothenberger (Norm); and his brothers, Terry and Larry Kinner. He is survived by : his children, Jamie Mitchell (Mike) of Edon, OH and Dustin Kinner (Casey Johnson) of Montpelier, OH; and his sister Linda Rodriguez of Defiance. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, 3 stepsisters and 1 stepbrother, as well as many nieces and nephews.
