She is survived by: her daughters, Myra Hoffman (Branden Johnson) of Defiance, Kristina Hoffman of Defiance, Katie Martinez of Van Wert and Amber Hoffman (Andy Martinez) of Lima, Ohio.; and her sisters, Margaret Dunbar of Antwerp and Sharon Greutman (Tim) of South Carolina. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
