He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Ensign and Kathleen Ensign (Lesh); and his brother Mark Ensign. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ensign of Defiance; his children, Erica McGuire (Dan) of Holgate, OH, Brandon Ensign (Andrea) of Defiance, Jerad Ensign (Ashley) of Continental, OH and Amber Ensign of Defiance; his grandchildren, Jacob McGuire (Kara), Samuel McGuire, Weston Mcguire, Mabel McGuire, Alexis Kroeckel, Brady Kroeckel, Braxton Ensign, Peyton Ensign and Paige Ensign; his great grandchildren, Jentree McGuire, Kooper McGuire and Blake Brown; and his sisters, Cheryl Newman of Defiance, OH., Cathy Ensign of Defiance, OH., Cindy Williamson (Sam) of Defiance, OH. and Carolyn Rose (Denny) of Defiance, OH.. He is also survived by his family, he pursued coaching his children and grandchildren.
